By entering, accessing, or utilizing any portion of this service, you affirm and warrant under penalty of law that you are of legal age and have the full capacity to view sexually explicit, consensual adult content.
2. Lawful & Consensual Content Guarantee
The platform enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding non-consensual content, sexual exploitation, or any depiction involving minors. Every upload is subject to strict pre-publication administrative review and compliance moderation. Any violating material is immediately purged, and the uploader's account and IP records will be permanently banned and reported to relevant law enforcement agencies.
3. Creator Rights & 2257 Compliance
Creators and uploaders warrant that they hold all necessary intellectual property rights, copyright ownership, and formal consent documentation from all appearing participants. Uploaders maintain complete 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records.
4. Advertising & Safety Principles
All advertisements hosted on the platform are screened for compliance. Deceptive clicks, forced pop-unders, malware, and hidden auto-redirects are strictly prohibited.
